SNI Companies is looking for an Accounts Receivable Support professional to join one of the best manufacturing companies in Jacksonville, FL!
$22 - $23 an hour
Full-time, in office position, M - F , 8:00am to 5:00pm
Located in the Bartram Park area of Jacksonville, FL.
AR Support Summary
Perform accounting and clerical tasks, including maintaining and resolving a high volume of chargebacks. Position requires strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Responsibilities:
- Daily mail/e-mail invoices to customers.
- Daily Cash Validation and Applications (daily deposit, e-payments and checks)
- Process and track chargebacks.
- Research and resolve daily discrepancies and chargebacks.
- Collection calls/emails on past due invoices or open balances on invoices.
- Handle customer services requests received via phone, fax, or email.
- File freight claims with carriers.
- Process returns paperwork.
- Track and manage open AR issues.
- Admin duties included but not limited to answering phones and covering the receptionist desk.
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree preferred.
- 3+ years of previous relevant experience
- Proficient Microsoft Office User
- Proficient 10-key skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment.
