A distributor in the Monroe area is looking for an Accounting Assistant for a Temp to Hire Role:
Experience in in office work, invoicing, check payments, reconciliations
* Diploma/ Associate in Accounting or Business Administration is an added qualification
* Hands on experience on Quickbooks/Sage/Peachtree , Excel preferred.
* The post is for a multi-tasking performer having 2—4 years experience.
* Hardworking, energetic, analytical, flexible person day to day activities
include Invoicing, Inventory posting, General ledger control account reconciliation.
posting vendor invoices, making payments, scanning documents etc
This is a position to report at office in Monroe all 5 days.
8.30am -5.00pm
Pay- $19-21 per hour while Temp and convert at $45-46k
