SNI Companies has partnered with a local manufacturing company in the Orlando area that is seeking to bring an Accounting Clerk onto their team immediately. This position will be on-site Monday through Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. A successful candidate in this role will be a self-starter, extremely detail oriented, and eager to learn.
General Functions:
• Assist with Collections of Accounts Receivable.
• Bank reconciliation
• Manage GRNI (Goods Received No Invoice)
• Review open invoices scheduled for collection.
• Assist with inventory tracking and work closely with procurement department.
Skills and Qualifications
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in AR Clerk role
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Must be able to use Excel to create reports
• Proficiency in relevant ERP accounting software
