Job Description

A trucking company in Union County is looking for an Accounting Clerk for a Temp to Hire role. for approximately 3- months before converting.
* FLUENT SPANISH AND ENGLISH is preferred.
*Payroll Activities: Onboarding, adjustments, calculating salaries, rate changes, garnishes, and managing employees’ PTO (VACATION, SICK DAYS, AND TIME OFF).
*Track daily cash flows.
*Reconciling Credit cards and bank statements.
*WORK WITH CPA ON ALL ACCOUNTING ISSUES.
*DO THE 1099 AND DO THE IFILE TO IRS.
*knowledge of EZ PASS , CHILD SUPPORT, 401K.
Must have skills:
*Attention to detail
* Excel
*Quickbooks
