An environmental company in Union County is looking for an Accounts Receivable collections professional to handle approximately 20-50 collections calls per day.
This will be a 3-6 month temporary and part time position working approximately 24 hours per week.
The individual should have the following skills as well:
Excellent communication and phone skills.
Good experience with Excel, V-lookups and Pivot tables would be helpful but are not imperative.
The position will also include conducting research on Building and Property Management companies re outstanding invoices.
Individual will also be responsible for sending out payment reminders by email and through collections calls.
Will also be instrumental in arranging for payment plans as well.
2-3 plus years of experience would be preferred but may consider an individual with 1 year if they have solid skills.
