SNI Companies is partnered with a local manufacturing company seeking an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of expense reports, appointment scheduling, and basic inventory management and experience supporting managers and executives for project-based work.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for executives and staff
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and route them appropriately
- Maintain office supplies inventory, handle basic bookkeeping tasks, and assist with special projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Communications, Bookkeeping, or a related field
- 2-3 years of general administration and customer service support for a large to mid-sized company
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and preferably Concur, QuickBooks, or another accounting platform
This position is open on a direct hire or contract-to-hire basis and the starting salary is $45-55k annually. The role will offer benefits (medical, dental, vision), 401K, PTO and paid holidays.
