The Collections Specialist performs daily collections calls, reconcile and resolve account discrepancies, interact with customers to resolve issues and post payments accurately. The ideal candidate has one to three years of collections experience. Must be detail-oriented and good with numbers and proficient with accounting software and with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook). The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast pace environment, and be experienced in collections while providing excellent customer service
