SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Collections Analyst. The Collections Analyst will handle reconciliations for high profile clients. The Collections Analyst will be responsible for building and maintaining valued relationships and collaboration with company clientele. The Collections Analyst will be responsible for identifying and analyzing company client accounts and must be able to perform collections via written and verbal communication.
Key Responsibilities:
* The Collections Analyst will perform AR aging status updates and relay the information to the Manager.
* The Collections Analyst will continue relationships with company customers and be responsible for both billing and collections.
* The Collections Analyst will negotiate pricing terms with customers.
* The Collections Analyst will put together performance plans for problematic paying clients.
* The Collections Analyst should have a minimum of two years of collections and account reconciliation experience.
Compensation and Benefits
