This 'Selling Manager' role offers the ability to make a high level impact in a hot market. This key position will lead and develop a high growth team of Business Development Managers/Recruiters across multiple lines of business, as well as develop a core book of business. You can control your income based on your efforts!

Main responsibilities include:

  • Motivate, develop and hire a business development/recruiting team
  • Lead by example by establishing and nurturing client relationships
  • Position SNI Companies as the specialized leader in contract/direct hire staffing
  • Partner with top producers in multiple lines of business to gain market share



Job Requirements

  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience in an agency staffing leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in client prospecting and leading an internal team
  • The ability to focus on building strong client relationships
  • Outstanding networking and negotiation skills
  • The experience and desire to drive your own success and be paid for performance
