SNI Companies is looking for a high energy Internal Recruiting Associate in the Austin Texas area. This a long term direct hire position offering solid base salary, bonuses and full benefits.

Remote/Hybrid 3/2 schedule

Responsibilities

  • Focus on identifying strong diverse talent by designing and executing creative sourcing strategies.
  • Conduct full cycle recruiting including telephone and virtual interviews as required.
  • Prepare candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, and department background and job descriptions.
  • Provide candidate feedback in a timely manner.
  • Ensure processes and procedures promote the best talent; meet internal promotional goals and promote consistent on-boarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidate searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities to ensure company and legal compliance with employment practices.
  • Provide insightful analysis of reports and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Continually working on acquiring a higher level of knowledge and skills related to talent acquisition as well as knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to fill positions within time to fill target, within budget and with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
