Interpret and analyze complex annual reconciliations and invoices based on specific lease language to make appropriate reimbursement decisions
Exercise good judgement when encountering ambiguous lease language and conduct the necessary research to make the appropriate recommendations to management
Achieve individual annual savings objective and contribute to overall department and company goals
Lease compliance analysis of Landlord billings, real estate taxes and recurring charges.
Review and interpret lease/property documents.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years’ experience with commercial lease auditing
Working knowledge of commercial lease documents
Working knowledge of basic commercial real estate
Working knowledge of Excel, Word and satellite mapping programs
