SNI Companies is seeking a
Payroll Specialist on a hybrid basis local to Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will possess 1-3 years of payroll processing experience and proficiency with ADP, Paylocity, Sage, Viewpoint, Ultipro, Paychex, Ceridian, Workday, or Kronos.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities - Process multi-state payroll including benefits, garnishments, remittances, onboarding, and terminations for W-2 and 1099 employees
- Process weekly, biweekly, and semi-monthly union and non-union certified payroll and Davis Bacon wages
- Prepare expense reports, commissions, bonuses, insurance, audit timecards and 941’s, etc.
- Post and reconcile payroll and sub-ledger to the general ledger
- Perform tax calculations, 401k administration, worker’s compensation, payroll deposits, etc.
Preferred Requirements - 1-3 years of payroll processing, benefits administration, human resources, or related experience
- CPP, FPC, Davis Bacon, or considerable experience
- Proficiency with ADP, Paylocity, Sage, Viewpoint, Ultipro, Paychex, Ceridian, Workday, Kronos, or MS Excel
This position will pay $45-65K and includes medical, dental, and vision benefits coverage, 401K, HSA, FSA, etc.
