Project Coordinator II

SNI is working with a client in Mercer County for an exciting Project Coordinator position. Position is a temp-to-hire opportunity with pay range of $20-22 per hour as a temp and $45-50K if job goes permanent.

Client has been the leader in life science services by providing proprietary environmental monitoring equipment to a wide range of industries since 1986. These include, and are not limited to, pharmaceutical, blood banks, vaccine manufacturers, biotech, and hospitals. We have become the standard for these services worldwide.

Client is a high tech, high growth company looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team, where you would coordinate sale orders within or between multiple departments, and ensure projects are on time and in budget according to our policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

? Review service area schedule and sale orders with RSM via phone\email.

? Provide information to the field supporting departments on changes in project requirements and or materials related to service being performed.

? Communicate delivery dates of the product and project milestones to the customer

? Oversee project budgets and approves all project expenditures.

? Record all information into the appropriate internal database system.

? Ensure all essential job-related material, equipment and documentation has been sent to field staff for use.

? Communicate with department supervisors to determine course of action if the project plan is not being met.

? Get in front of any problem(s) resulting from the project.

? Excellent Written Communication Skills. Present numerical data effectively to customers and fellow employees.

? Excellent Time Management Skills. Use time efficiently to organize, prioritize and schedules field personnel in conjunction with supervisors and the management team.

? Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality.

? Meet productivity standards; complete work in timely manner.

? Follow instructions, respond to management direction; take responsibility for own actions; keep commitments.

? Computer Skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
