SNI has teamed with a valued client in South Denver on a search for a Senior Compensation Analyst. The Senior Compensation Analyst will work on a highly enthusiastic HR team. The Senior Compensation Analyst will work alongside the HR team ensure that all HR and Total Rewards compensation is accurate.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* The Senior Compensation Analyst should have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
* The Senior Compensation Analyst should have strong MS Office skills and be particularly strong in Excel.
* The Senior Compensation Analyst should have experience leading project management teams.
* The Senior Compensation Analyst should have experience managing Total Rewards processes.
* The Senior Compensation Analyst should have experience developing Total Rewards processes and ensuring that the company is meeting industry standards.
* The Senior Compensation Analyst should have experience administering Total Rewards documentation and audits.
* The Senior Compensation Analyst should have experience with retirement and benefit packages.
