a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client in hiring a Senior Payroll Specialist. This position offers a 100% remote schedule managing a payroll for 1,200+ employees. An overview of the position is as follows:
Responsibilities included: - Manage payroll for multiple companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Collect, calculate, and enter payroll data; resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing earnings, taxes, deductions, and other payroll details.
- Determine and approve payroll liabilities including taxes for federal, state, and local jurisdictions.
- Maintain payroll policies, ensure legal compliance, and protect confidentiality of payroll information.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or other related field.
- 5+ years of payroll administration experience working for a medium to large organization.
- Must have Paycom experience and advanced MS Excel skills using v-Look up and pivot tables.
- Experience in payroll tax laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and time management.
- Intermediate MS Office Suite and experience with construction software.
Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this position starts at $45.67 per hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
