Job Description

SNI Companies is working with a large Medical Device company who is in need of a Supply Chain Coordinator for their Hauppauge, NY location. This is a temp to hire opportunity and is an in-person role. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Entering and receiving of purchase orders into the S2K system across all direct and indirect vendors
  • Maintain communication with major vendors, ensuring submitted PO's are shipped on time. In cases where PO's are not shipped on time in full, then escalation must be made to the vendor and the information communicated to internal teams
  • Assist with goods receiving process, ensuring PO's are closed accurately (correct price & quantity and including supplier issued credit notes)
  • Maintain correct information in S2K system
  • Assist in inventory reporting and forecast preparation, as well as support ad hoc inventory reporting and analysis requests


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Basic Excel
  • Ability to work with various levels of management
  • Great communication skills
  • Some corporate experience preferred (not required)
  • Order entry experience preferred (not required)
