Accounts Payable

Accounting Now, a division of SNI Companies, is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant for our client in downtown Denver. This position is with a nationwide law firm with multiple locations across the country.  A highlight of the position includes:

Principle Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing the Accounts Payable inbox
• Processing invoices via the firm credit card
• Accurately recording monthly journal and cost entries

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of accounts payable or related experience preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills required
• Proficiency in data entry, 10-key, and Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to transition efficiently between different software systems

Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts at $19.00 per hour.  Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
