Accounting NOW is working with a large client who is seeking a qualified Staff Accountant to join their growing team in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Review and preparation of financial statements
- Prepare and analyze general journal entries
- Review of payroll and sales tax returns
- Preparation and review of tax returns for various entities (individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, retirement plans)
- Tax research and analysis as required
- Interaction with clients to assist in providing quality service
- Assist in various projects as required
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 1 year of accounting experience
