Customer Service Representative
We are currently working with a longtime company client located in the Doral/Medley area...they are a well-known distributor of vitamins and supplements.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in-person to provide information about products or services
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Liaising with other departments such as operations, sales, and logistics to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience to establish a positive rapport with customers
- Utilize computer systems to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
Requirements
-must have an understanding of the logistics, including common terminology, processes, and challenges, to provide informed and accurate assistance to customers.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is required
- Ability to type quickly and accurately
- Sales experience is a plus
