Bookkeeper
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team.
Our client is a fast-growing company and is looking for a team player who is eager to learn and grow with us.
The Bookkeeper will be responsible for processing accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciling bank accounts, and managing the general ledger.
Our ideal candidate has worked as a professional Bookkeeper for at least three years and has experience setting up accounting and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Process invoices
- Manage receivables aging and collections
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Process payroll
- Manage the general ledger
- Produce monthly and annual financial statements
- Research and resolve problems or discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and documents
- Complete tax forms
- Participate in internal audits as requested by management
- Process company payroll
- Support in setting up financial systems alongside new management
