Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette while directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the front desk calendar efficiently.
- Perform office management duties, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Provide support to staff as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
- Handle inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
Experience
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred but not required.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Experience in office management or clerical work is advantageous
