Claims Analyst
SNI Companies has partnered with an amazing Austin third party Automotive Warranty firm with an outstanding reputation and established client base across the country to add new fulltime addition to the team!

In this role you will support product development, quality control, and cost management strategies across the organization.
This position has the potential for supervisory responsibilities in the future.
Are you the Ideal candidate?
Minimum 3-5 years of claims experience, call center environment prefer
Experience in data analysis, preferably within warranty claims or a similar industry
Advanced Excel Skills
Experience visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Zoho, or similar platforms a plus
- Knowledge of warranty claims processes, or automotive/consumer product warranties is a plus
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to read and understand contractual language
- Dealer or manufacturer experience a plus
- Maintain high and consistent production level as assigned
Some duties include:
- Gather, process, and analyze warranty claim data to identify trends in claims and client accounts.
- Present findings to management and other stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
- Manage claims reporting, including preparing and distributing monthly, weekly, and ad hoc reporting to internal teams and external clients.
- Track and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to examiner performance and Claims Center service response times (SLAs)
- Review warranty claims history for dealer partners upon request.
- Collaborate with Claims Management, Sales, and Risk teams to provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements and cost reduction.
- Assist the Claims Manager and Director with scheduled and unscheduled internal and external claim file audits.
- Conduct trend analysis to identify potential adverse claims results or operational improvement opportunities.
- Maintain a continual working knowledge of products and services.
- Mentors and assists with training and coaching of examiners
