Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounting Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client in hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist.  This is a full-time opportunity starting on a contract basis working with our client in Greenwood Village, CO.  This opportunity is working 100% onsite


Principle Duties:

• Conduct collection calls for past due invoices and maintain regular communication with warehouses for outstanding account strategies
  
• Provide updates and reports to leadership on action plans while ensuring accurate documentation in tracking systems
  
• Identify key customer needs and track payments to address posting errors and other issues impacting aging
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement customer success strategies and share best practices for efficient operations
  

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of B2B receivables/collections experience
  
• Intermediate technical skills using MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation for this position starts at $26.00 an hour
 Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
