Tax Manager
Location:
3690 W. 10th Street, Suite 200 – Greeley, Colorado 80634
Work Style: Primarily in-office with some flexibility for partial remote work (not fully remote)
Compensation Range: $100,000 to $200,000 annually
Candidate Profile

Holds a degree in financial reporting or equivalent field

Has spent 2–4 years handling compliance filings and other fiscal reporting tasks for businesses and individuals
-
Effective at conveying ideas clearly both in speech and in writing
-
Possesses strong problem-solving abilities and handles challenges with precision and timeliness
-
Skilled in preparing fiscal documentation for various entity structures
-
Comfortable addressing questions and discussing topics with internal team members and stakeholders
-
Capable of maintaining due dates in a fast-evolving work atmosphere
-
Experienced using office productivity tools, especially spreadsheets and word processors
-
Familiar with enterprise-level accounting or operations platforms
-
Pays close attention to specifics and accuracy

Must demonstrate consistent performance across all major responsibilities

Must meet the above-listed proficiencies and capabilities

Operates in a high-speed, collaborative office setting — ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic workplace
Required:

At least two years handling tax-related matters

At least two years completing and submitting tax documents
Key Functions

Manage compliance submissions for various entity types: including multi-owner businesses, corporations, and private individuals

Develop and share optimization strategies with clients as needed

Use specialized tools to prepare and finalize financial returns

Investigate evolving regulations to ensure up-to-date practices

Interact with governing agencies such as the IRS or Colorado tax authorities in response to formal requests

Cultivate long-term client relationships and provide customized advisory support

Participate in additional responsibilities as needed by leadership
