SNI Companies are partnered with a leader in building/ construction located in the Somerset area who are seeking a highly skilled Project Accounting Professional with a construction background to join their growing department!
The ideal candidate for this role should have experience w/ Sage Construction along with:
Project Accounting Billing - AIA monthly and closeout billings for large scale projects
Fixed pricing and T&M billings.
Accounts Receivable - Complete daily transactions with full verifications, accurate calculations, and timely postings.
Accounts Payable -Manage full-cycle accounts payable processing
Handles physical checks, ACH payments and wire transfers.
Contracts - Create line items for billing according to Contractor's needs and approval.
Input approved Contract Change Order to increase value of Contract.
Billing - Input monthly percentages for billing as approved by Contractor using the AIA G702 format.
