Contract Accounting role available in Inver Grove Heights for Global Transportation firm!
$27-28.00 per hour
Onsite, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm/8:30am to 5:30pm
Managing AP/AR cleanup
Experience with SAP or AS400
Reconciliations and investigating discrepancies and issues in billing and payments.
Ability to generate reporting to identify discrepancies and aging items
Heavy Data-Entry
Ability to investigate internal and external billing claims to resolution
Facilitate communication between departments to rebill consumers correctly
Investigate billing discrepancies and invoicing and coordinated with vendors for corrections
