Job Title: Customer Service Representative

About Us:
Join our team, where providing exceptional customer service is our top priority. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to enhance our customer interactions and ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
  • Resolve issues with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency
  • Provide accurate product information and support to customers
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback in a timely manner
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite for data entry and other administrative tasks
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
