Payroll Specialist

Construction industry client, located in Hurst, TX, is looking for a Payroll Specialist on a direct hire basis. This role is 100% onsite. While this role has a heavy focus on payroll, there are also accounts payable, administrative, and operations components responsibilities as well. 

Keys:

• Payroll: prepare payroll for jobsites, shops, and office employees on a weekly basis (~200 employees)
• Experience with union payroll strongly preferred
• Office Administration: Support operation of (2) company activities, help with office supplies
• Accounts Payable: process invoices for payment 
• Operation: Manage documentation for all trailers and trucks; data entry
• Foundation ERP system helpful, not required
