Customer Service Representative

Accounting Now Miami, FL (Onsite) Contract to Hire

Seeking Out Friendly, Service-Oriented Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Professionals for a Remote/Work-from-Home role with a Leading 3rd Party Healthcare Service Provider.

Position Overview: 
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for all aspects of receiving customer inquiries and providing status reports to customers.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive customer’s requests by telephone, email or chat

- Receive messages from multiple platforms 

- Respond to emails and voice messages in a timely, professional manner

- Analyzes customer requests and provides information requested

- Assist customers with placing orders over the phone

- Respond politely and courteously to customer requests via email or telephone and making sure all problems have been resolved

- Coordinate with supervisor in serious complaints and finding solutions to common complaints

- Track and communicate website bug and user experience issues

- Do whatever it takes to ensure each, and every customer has a memorable customer experience via phone, email and live chat

- Identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement
