SNI has teamed with a valued client on a search for a Senior Payroll Specialist on a contract basis. The Senior Payroll Specialist will work on a team of 4 people for over 1500 employees.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications:
* The Senior Payroll Specialist must have Union payroll experience.
* The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for handling weekly payroll.
* The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for monthly union fringes to make certain all GL reconciliations are accurate.
* The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing new hire employees into the company ERP.
* The Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and filing taxes and union reports.
* The Senior Payroll Specialist will audit payroll entries to ensure compliance across all state and federal laws.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts in the range of $45-50/hr. Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:
