Bookkeeper
Seeking Accounting/Bookkeeping Professionals in the Doral, Hialeah and Medley areas!
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper(s).
Will be responsible for maintaining financial records.
Bi-lingual, English/Spanish highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks
- Involvement with full-cycle accounts receivable processes
- Involvement with full-cycle accounts payables processes
- Conduct general ledger reconciliations
- Record journal entries accurately
- Assist with past due reporting
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in double-entry bookkeeping
- Experience with financial software QuickBooks
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to perform general ledger reconciliations
- Skilled in accounts receivable management
- Familiarity with journal entries and corporate accounting practices
