Accounting Clerk

Accounting Now Doral, FL (Onsite) Contract to Hire

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk to support our Accounting department in various accounting and administrative tasks.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
  • Assist with reconciling bank statements and accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
  • Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Provide support for auditing and compliance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed
