Accounting Clerk

Accounting Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client in hiring a Part Time Accounting Clerk.  This opportunity is starting on a contract to hire basis working with our client in Centennial, CO.  This opportunity is working 100% onsite


Principle Duties:
 

• Maintain and update financial records, prepare reports and reconciling bank statements
  
• Process accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), expense vouchers, and receipts
  
• Accurately type and maintain accounting documents, prepare bank deposits and general ledger postings
  
• Reconcile accounts promptly and enter key financial data in the ERP system
  
• Support auditors, monitor outstanding accounts, and assist company personnel as needed
  

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of accounting experience supporting accounts receivable and accounts payable
  
• Good communication skills, attention to detail and time management
  
• Intermediate MS Office skills using Excel and Word
  
• Great Plains experience preferred
  

Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation for this position starts at $21.00 an hour
 Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
