We are seeking a skilled Accounting Specialist to join our finance team on a two-month contract. This role focuses on critical accounting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, and reconciliations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and processing backlogged accounting tasks.
• Process approximately 30 invoices daily (experience with Sage 100 is advantageous but not required).
• Perform accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) duties.
• Reconcile credit card transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Accurately input data and maintain detailed financial records.
• Collaborate with team members to support efficient and timely financial reporting.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bookkeeping.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Sage 100 is a plus but not mandatory.
