Job Description


Reconciliation Specialist is responsible for researching activity related to general ledger and subsidiary records, ensuring that account balances are accurate and reconciliations are prepared on a timely basis.

  • Prepare multiple account reconciliations
  • Support accounting team with month-end close activities
  • Processing inter-company expense allocations.
  • Support monthly financial reporting and audit activities.
  • Research, identify, analyze and report adjustments needed to clear differences and prepare general ledger journal entries.
  • Assist with improving processes, procedures and reporting for the reconciliation process.
  • Formally document processes and procedures for bank account reconciliations.
  • 3+yrs of Accounting Experience
  • Bi-lingual - Spanish and English PREFERRED
  • Systems experience: Oracle, Quickbooks and Intermediate Excel
