Job Description

This role is a contract to hire opportunity, with an opportunity to grow and own the Accounts Receivable process for the organization.

  • Main responsibility will be providing high level support to the Accounting and Administrative departments.
  • Prepare, handle and process documentation - including negative balance sheets, cash management, collections, monthly and yearly reports.
  • High level of communication with customers, vendors, co-workers and with staff worldwide via phone, email and in-person.
  • Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, answering phones, processing mail.
  • Assist with discrepancies and inquires from Midwest Region Accounting

Experience in Accounts Receivable and Administration are preferred

Familiarity with SAP a plus

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Attention to detail

Strong Self-Starter

Excellent Time Management Skills
