Job Description

We are looking for a detailed oriented Accounting Clerk for a client of ours in the North Shore area. The ideal candidate for this position will be computer proficient, reliable, and focused. The chosen candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Providing support to the Accounting Department
  • Using the company's ERP system to input, retrieve, and manipulate invoices
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, enter in order details, and create an invoice for the order
  • Communicate with internal and external contacts verbally and in written form
  • Scanning documents
  • Organizing and filing documents
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma required
  • 1 year of data entry experience in an office setting preferred
  • Microsoft Excel and Word experience
  • Experience working with an ERP system is preferred
