Job Description

Boston company is looking for an Accounting Clerk who is capable of complete the following duties:

  • Enter vendor bills
  • Reconcile vendor statements as needed
  • Work with the VP of Procurement to complete bi-monthly and monthly inventory reports
  • Process payroll
  • Prepare various accounting reports
  • Assist with other accounting department-related functions


  • Associates degree in accounting or related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and be pro-active
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new skills, willingness to adapt to changes in systems, processes and procedures

Job: Full - Time
Experience: Accounting (at least one year is preferred)
