We are a large commercial Construction Company actively seeking to hire an experienced Accounting Specialist . Ideal candidates will have previous Accounts Receivable experience, be self-motivated and detail oriented. Accounts Specialist - Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with billing and processing
  • Assist with Accounts receivable, inventory entry and reconciliations
  • Prepare deposits
  • Schedule appointments as needed
  • Carry out all other Accounting Admin duties as required
  • Must have general accounting, bookkeeping and mathematics knowledge for data entry assignments.
  • Sound knowledge of cash management principles and account balancing
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills are required
  • Computer proficient and detailed oriented
  • Must maintain a professional appearance, a neat work area, and reliable attendance
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Team player with positive attitude
