Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk to support a family owned business. The right candidate for this position will be proficient in computer applications, have a strong attention to detail and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. The chosen candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Create and provide customer invoices in a timely fashion and follow up with customers to collect overdue invoices
  • Collect data and prepare reports regarding past due accounting and collections details
  • Review invoices for completion and proper approval
  • Investigate potentially erroneous data and communicate with internal and external contacts to resolve discreteness
  • Assistant the Accounting Department in filing, check processing, and mailing
  • Assist in additional accounting projects
  • Perform AP functions
  • Maintain detailed document record keeping to ensure compliance and accuracy


  • Associates Degree in Accounting or higher
  • 1+ years of Accounting experience in ERP
  • General knowledge of bookkeeping, cost accounting, and GL process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Strong interpersonal skills
