Job Description

Primary Function
The Accounting Coordinator supports the efficient operation of the Accounting Department by assisting with a wide range of administrative and accounting functions. This will primarily consist of accounts receivable functions including posting payments, preparing bank presentations, and maintaining all credit card customers.


  • Maintain shared email box and assign emails to the appropriate person
  • Prepare and send all bank presentations for Direct Import payments
  • Process proof of deliveries (PODs) as well as following up with customers on repayment
  • Research and process credit memos for customer returns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Research and resolve payment discrepancies for assigned account
  • Research and process debit memos for assigned account
  • Update customer activity database to record collection efforts
  • Upload invoices to customer portals
  • Provide general office administrative duties
  • Other duties as assigned


  • High school diploma
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail
