  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team
  • Experience leading a team
  • Point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Office maintenance; scheduling, filing, coordinating office activities
  • Manager billing, credits, cash receipts


  • Accounting background - MUST
  • Experience with Tax/Acct software
  • Strong communication skills and a polished presentation
  • Experience working in Accounting firm or law office PREFERRED
