Job Description



Our client is seeking a part time (25-30 hrs) Accounts Payable Admin to support our team with day-to-day administrative and accounting responsibilities.This is a position of growth ideally suited for an individual with at least 3 years of professional experience in accounting and/or administrative support pertaining to payroll and invoice processing. We are looking for someone that is hands-on, with experience and a positive personality.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Accounts Payable - Processing invoices and issuing payments
  • Handling petty cash
  • Review balance sheet and profit & loss financial statements
  • Calculate commissions
  • File, scan, and copy relevant documentation
  • Data entry of Revenues on a scheduled basis
  • Other administrative functions and tasks as needed
  • Organize office operations and procedures by assisting with day to day operations of organization


REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 3 years of accounting or related experience
  • Time management, communication, and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Applicants should be proficient in MS Office
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with regard to client information and employee records
