Job Description


Process supplier invoices in accordance with established company policies and procedures. Responsible for other administrative duties such as filing, archiving records, entering information into and retrieving information
from other subsystems. Support multiple internal and external audits, as necessary. Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the SBU/SSU and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Perform other duties as necessary.
What

You'll Need High School diploma or equivalent plus 4 or more years of related experience. Each higher-level related degree, i.e., Associate's, may substitute for two years of related experience. Two years of related experience may be substituted for each year of education.


2 years of Accounts Payable supplier invoice processing experience required in large Corporate environment. Sales and use tax knowledge Strong computer skills are needed; must have experience working with major integrated ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word and Outlook. Ability to prioritize daily workload, switch between multiple systems and tasks and work independently. Must be a team player and support other department employees during absences. Must have good verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills, and be accurate and detail oriented.
