Accounts Payable Coordinator

Immediate Start

Full Time Hire


  • Data entry of all phases of accounts payable process
  • Matching invoices, receiving documentation and purchase orders
  • Processing payment of invoices and expense reports
  • Review open purchase orders and work with purchasing to close old purchase orders
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationship with vendors and reconcile open invoices and statements promptly
  • Manage accounts payable case management email system and ensure timely response to vendor and employee inquiries
  • Assist in the month end accrual process
  • Any other duties as assigned


  • AS degree in Business or other related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience required.
  • Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Execution-focused with the ability to take individual responsibility for delivering quality work in a timely manner.
  • Experience creating effective accounts payable policies and procedures.
  • Must have advanced knowledge of Excel .
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
