Accounts Payable Specialist in Denver at Accounting Now

SNI companies is partnered with a reputable Law Firm seeking 2 Accounts Payable Specialists on a direct hire basis. Ideal candidates will have an average of 1-3 years' experience with full-cycle accounts payable operations and a passion for the industry.
Location: Downtown Denver
Salary: $38-$48k
Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving invoices from vendors, coding, and submitting for approval
• Vendor management, invoice entry, and account reconciliation
• High volume, non-PO based invoice processing
• Review vendor statements
• Prepare EFT invoices, credit card statements, scanning, filing, etc.
• W9 review and weekly check runs

Preferred Qualifications

• One to three years of Accounts payable or accounting operations experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suit (word, outlook, excel)
• Strong 10 key
