SNI has partnered with a great Non Profit company in the northern Chicago Area in search of an administrative assistant.The administrative assistant will be responsible for running the day to day office managing the calendar, acting as the first point of contact for members and guests and maintaining office organization.
To be successful in this role, the Administrative Assistant will:

  • Manage the day to day calendar of events and appointments
  • Provide customer service to members and clients to maximize their overall experience
  • Maintain overall organization and order office supplies
  • Be comfortable overseeing billing and payments
  • Have the ability to support a team and work independently


Requirements for the Administrative Assistant include:

  • Prior office management experience
  • Billing experience working with Excel, Quickbooks, Google Drive or similar systems
  • Customer service skills including professional presentation, and excellent verbal and written communication
