Responsibilities:

  • Enter Oil & Gas Revenue Receipts into system
  • Enter Vendor A/P Invoices into system
  • Scan Oil & Gas Purchaser Statements & A/P Vendor Invoices
  • File, back-Up for phones, mail, supplies
  • Check & prepare division orders for signature
  • Put up Supplies When Delivered

Knowledge:

  • Data Entry
  • Basic Excel Spreadsheet Knowledge
  • Basic Filing

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (25 hours per week)

Experience:

  • Accounting 5+ years

Education:

  • Associates degree
