Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AP Clerk with 3-5 years of experience to support the Accounting Department of a new company. The right candidate will be a highly organized, self starter who isn't afraid to ask questions. The chosen candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Enter and maintain all accounts payable
  • Reconcile monthly vendor statements and related transactions
  • Act as liaison between the various departments to investigate discrepancies and ensure expenses are coded properly
  • Reconcile accounts payable;
  • Assist with monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting
  • Work with Controller


  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Excellent organizational, written and analytical skills
  • Strong computer skills, specifically with MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal/communication skills
  • Team player and ability to work in fast paced changing environment
