Summary/Objective


Audit Reviewer is responsible for performing detailed Quality Control reviews of field audit cases that were produced by both staff and outside auditors. This includes checking and calculating chargeable payrolls utilizing information supplied on audit.

  • Meet all applicable AIM Mutual Insurance Company standards.
  • Responsible for performing Quality Control reviews of incoming completed audits prior to final processing, to meet corporate quality standards.
  • Regularly correspond with customers and agents, providing a high level of service via telephone, email, and written documents to resolve audit questions.
  • Develop, implement and monitor controls necessary to meet company, statutory and industry timeliness and service standards for audits processed.
  • Assist other departments with issues related to Audits.
  • Work with other departments to meet company standards.

Level of Responsibility
